Mark Shull opposes studying racial justice in Clackamas County

Here he is, criticizing a proposed study by Communities of Color to gain better understanding of the needs of population groups that continue to experience racial disparity in order to better address those needs and ensure that the goals of the strategic plan are achieved for all people in Clackamas County.

He claims that there are more poor white people than Black people and states that “poverty doesn’t care about race.” And that “every person from every race has the same potential to achieve their dreams.”
